Thank you for choosing Delicious Delights by Uniqly D'Zynd. These Terms & Conditions explain how we handle orders, payments, pickups, deliveries, and other important information. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to help ensure availability.

Standard cookie orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Royal Icing Cookies and other decorated special occasion cookies require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.
Orders are subject to availability and may be limited during holidays or busy seasons.
Payments
Payment requirements depend on the type of order.
Standard Orders
Payment must be received no later than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Royal Icing & Decorated Special Occasion Cookies
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 week before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Orders will not be prepared until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because every order is prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be returned.

Orders cannot be exchanged.

Orders are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we have the opportunity to make it right.
Pickup & Local Delivery
Customers are responsible for arriving during the scheduled pickup time.
If local delivery is selected, someone should be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.
Product Availability
Some menu items, flavors, decorations, and seasonal products are only available at certain times of the year.
Availability may change without notice.
Food Allergies
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that uses common allergens, including:

Because every order is handmade, the final appearance of decorated cookies, platters, and specialty items may vary slightly from photos or inspiration images.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Quotes provided for custom orders are valid only for the time specified.
Right to Decline Orders
We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot reasonably be completed based on scheduling, availability, or other business considerations.
